Sutra Neti is the advanced nasal cleansing
Technique which can be practiced after mastering Jala Neti (under supervision of a master).
With the flow of lukewarm saline water the waste products / mucous comes out through the other nostril along with water. Thus nasal cleansing is achieved. The nasolacrimal duct passage is cleared improving the lacrimation and eyesight.
